2. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
The present General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all Asile articles through its website by users who purchase the products offered therein. Asile reserves the right to cancel a customer’s access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
These general contracting conditions are presented in this detailed and accessible form to the client/user in accordance with the provisions of article 81.1 of the General Law of Consumers and Users.
3. PRICE
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website at the date of the order. The prices are detailed in each product and include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer at the time the order is placed. Prices on the website are shown in euros.
4. PAYMENT METHOD
The payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an indispensable condition for the formalization of the purchase. In no case may payment be made at a later date. Payment by means of deferred procedures such as cash on delivery, transfer or payment in store at the time of order collection is not accepted. Supported payment methods: Purchases can be paid by Visa®, Mastercard® credit card as well as by 4B or 4B Maestro debit card. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.
Suppliers or issuers of means of payment may adopt anti-fraud measures involving the rejection of certain types of transactions. Asile is not responsible for the application of such security policies.
5. SECURITY AND BUYER PROTECTION
Online payments for purchases on our website are made through Redsys (BBVA payment gateway). Therefore, the buyer will enjoy the protection offered by this channel at all times. Redsys uses the 3DSecure system in our payment gateway, redirecting buyers’ data to secure servers, without Asile commerce being able to access or store them.
In addition, our website has an SSL security certificate. An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of a website and encrypts the information sent to the server using SSL technology. The certificate serves as an electronic «passport» that establishes an online entity’s credentials when doing business on the Web.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Orders are processed, processed and delivered within business days. Orders placed on Fridays after working hours (after 6:00 p.m.) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next working day.
The maximum delivery time for products is 30 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

FREE SHIPPING: United States on orders equal to or greater than 180€.
Shipments take approximately 2 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed by the customer.
7. CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE OR REFUND POLICY
At Asile it is not possible to cancel an order in progress. However, once received, it may be returned or exchanged within the terms and conditions set forth below.
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, but if for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to make an exchange or refund. All products to be exchanged or returned must have their original label and packaging.
Shipping costs generated by exchanges and returns are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or wrong product, in which case the cost will be borne by Asile. defective or wrong product, in which case the cost will be assumed by Asile.
In case of return Asile will reimburse the corresponding amount, including the standard shipping costs of the initial delivery. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which the payment was made. To return the product you must send it to Asile, c/ Azulinas nº 7, 4ºG, 28036 Madrid, by the courier service of your choice, including in the shipment the completed return form, downloadable HERE.
